Elite Metabolix is general wellness and performance coaching, grounded in the peer-reviewed literature. It is not medical care. Knowing exactly where the line sits protects you and keeps the coaching honest — please read this before you apply.

  • Weekly revisions based on your own check-in data, delivered 1:1 and remotely
Not in scope
  • Not medical care, and not a substitute for your physician or any licensed provider
  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
  • Does not prescribe, furnish, or adjust prescription medication
  • Does not order or interpret lab tests, imaging, or diagnostics — discuss those with your provider
  • Does not provide medical, mental-health, or emergency services

All recommendations are educational and general in nature. You remain responsible for your own health decisions and agree to obtain clearance from a licensed physician before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement regimen — particularly if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or managing a medical condition.
