Using EM, following an EM plan, or communicating with your coach does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, dietitian–patient, or any other professional-care relationship. Your coach supports you as a general wellness coach only.
Always consult your own physician, pharmacist, or registered dietitian before starting, stopping, or changing any exercise program, diet, supplement, or medication — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have any health condition. For anything specific to you, your own licensed provider is the right person to decide. If you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
