Wearable and health-app data (only if you connect it). If you choose to connect a wearable or health app, we access a limited set of your health and fitness data through the Google Health APIs (formerly the Fitbit APIs) — typically your activity (such as steps), sleep, and heart-rate information. We request read-only access, and only after you sign in to your own Google account and grant permission. You can disconnect at any time, which stops any further syncing.
Information collected automatically. As with most online services, we and our infrastructure providers may collect basic technical information (such as device and browser type and log data) needed to operate and secure the service.

Your data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers, and access is restricted. Wearable connection tokens are stored securely and are never displayed to you or exposed publicly, and photos you submit are kept in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Health-related information is treated as sensitive personal information. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and then delete or anonymize it — except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Elite Metabolix is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Apple, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Samsung, or any other device or platform. The Google Health app and any device or app names are products of their respective owners, and those names are their trademarks. Connecting them simply lets your own data reach your plan, with your permission.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
